rĕv•a•lē - derived from réveille, is a bugle or trumpet call chiefly used to wake military personnel at sunrise. The name is from réveille (or réveil), the French verb for “wake up”.

Revalee Brunch Café offers a side by side of modern brunch fare and unique vegan dishes. We're proud to offer an exquisite selection of local Pluck teas, fresh-roasted seasonal Pilot coffees and espresso, local wines, beers, and many of the other bounties of Niagara.

At Revalee, our menu is prepared in-house using fresh ingredients that are organic and locally sourced when possible. We also strive to serve satisfying vegan meals that will be savoured by vegans and non-vegans alike. What we think about some things…

Brunch classics, elevated

We’ve set out to serve familiar brunch items, with those extra little touches. Our menu should be full of dishes you know and enjoy, brought to a different level with a Revalee spin. -Familiarity is comforting, and an occasional surprise can be exciting.

Gluten-free foods & other allergens…

We've thought long and hard about how to make our menu as accessible as possible. Our main ingredients are primarily gluten free, and for a small fee we'll switch your bread for a gluten free option. If you have a question about any item, please ask.

Coffee & Tea Services

If you are out for brunch, coffee or tea have a role to play!

It's part of our mission to make this as special as what's on your plate. Enjoy a fresh cup of direct-trade coffee from Toronto-based Pilot Coffee Roasters. Or choose from a long-list of our curated loose-leaf Pluck teas -using organic and Canadian ingredients. If you like what you choose you can take some home: we offer bags of Pluck tea and Pilot coffee for retail sale at the counter.

We want the food at Revalee to be forward-looking, modern takes on classic dishes. We're hoping you agree that our dishes feel familiar and innovative all at once. We've designed our menu to be refreshingly unique: vegan and omni dishes side by side, so take a chance on something a bit different

Vegan food like you haven’t seen before

We believe that vegan meals can stand shoulder to shoulder with their "omni" counterparts, and can be enjoyed by anyone. We want to make it easy and alluring to try something new. We like to create meals that don't rely on too many substitutions for non-vegan ingredients whenever possible.

Since our open-concept kitchen prepares both vegan and omni dishes, and we take this duty of care very seriously. Our fryer is used for vegan items only, and we're here if you have any questions.

Local Foods

In Vineland, we're extremely fortunate to be in the heart of such a vibrant agricultural area. The Niagara peninsula provides us all with a beautiful place to live and work, and with a bounty of unique food crops.
